What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, prioritizing engagement strategies based on account size and health
  • Evaluate small and mid-market partnerships to enhance customer engagement and drive renewal retention
  • Facilitate post-sale onboarding and licensing of schools and districts into EPS curriculum platforms
  • Deliver professional development for EPS programs to support implementation and ongoing usability
  • Liaise with technical support to resolve issues and ensure successful customer experiences

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Preferred Bachelor’s degree
  • 2-4 years of experience in supporting customer digital implementations
  • Experience in customer service, sales support, or sales
  • High level of comfort with technology and ability to quickly learn new software
  • Ability to work effectively with remote team members

  • Prior experience with CRM systems
  • Ability to craft and maintain standard work documentation for processes and content standards
