What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, prioritizing engagement strategies based on account size and health
- Evaluate small and mid-market partnerships to enhance customer engagement and drive renewal retention
- Facilitate post-sale onboarding and licensing of schools and districts into EPS curriculum platforms
- Deliver professional development for EPS programs to support implementation and ongoing usability
- Liaise with technical support to resolve issues and ensure successful customer experiences
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Preferred Bachelor’s degree
- 2-4 years of experience in supporting customer digital implementations
- Experience in customer service, sales support, or sales
- High level of comfort with technology and ability to quickly learn new software
- Ability to work effectively with remote team members
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Prior experience with CRM systems
- Ability to craft and maintain standard work documentation for processes and content standards
