Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond calmly and efficiently to in-flight emergencies, managing situations with care and composure.

Job Requirements:

  • Must be available to travel extensively, work variable shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screening.
  • Prior experience in customer service or the airline industry is an advantage but not required.
  • Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred but not mandatory.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift items up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • Able to reach overhead bins and assist with passengers’ luggage.
  • Height and weight requirements must ensure the ability to perform safety functions within the cabin environment.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Starting salary ranges from $28,000 to $45,000 annually, with opportunities for increases based on flight hours and performance.
