Crossroads4Hope
Crossroads4Hope, A Network of Cancer Support, has been improving the lives of people with cancer and their loved ones for more than two decades. We take on the cancer journey with people diagnosed, caregivers, and loved ones, providing a network of support, information, resources, and professionals who fill critical gaps in care that often occur between medical appointments and within the healthcare system itself. Our services, which are free of charge, are designed to address the emotional, psychological, social, and practical challenges and gaps in care that come with a cancer diagnosis. Our mission is to transform the cancer experience by reducing the burden on all those who are impacted, especially in low-income and marginalized communities. Led by social work principles, most notably social justice, we are experts in patient activation and delivering psychosocial interventions. We move individuals through the health crisis caused by cancer to become activated with the behaviors that enable them to take control of their health and care through access to resources and programs of support, education, well-being, and hope.
