Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality customer service by answering calls, addressing inquiries, and assisting with healthcare claims and enrollment.
- Build rapport with callers and manage difficult conversations effectively, ensuring a friendly and professional approach.
- Handle calls requiring excellent listening, research skills, and attention to detail.
- Utilize strong navigation skills to multitask and switch between applications efficiently (up to 12 applications per call).
- Use dual monitors proficiently and maintain high accuracy in typing (minimum 25 WPM).
Requirements:
- 1+ years of call center experience
- Strong communication skills and keyboard shortcut knowledge
- High school diploma or GED
- Must reside in the U.S. and have a distraction-free workspace for HIPAA compliance
- Must complete a 4-week mandatory training (100% attendance required)
Technical Requirements:
- Two 22” monitors with a video adapter
- Direct wired internet connection (25 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload minimum)
- U.S.-based internet provider (no wireless connection)
Training & Compensation:
- Training: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm EST (Dates TBD)
- Pay: $14.50 per hour, with biweekly direct deposit payments
- Employment type: W2
- Background check required (no associated fees)
