Job Summary
As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance or information over the phone. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries promptly and accurately.
Duties
– Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously
– Provide information about products or services, take orders, and process returns
– Resolve customer complaints or issues with patience and empathy
– Utilize CRM software to document interactions and update customer records
– Meet or exceed call volume and quality assurance standards
– Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
– Experience in client services, sales, or customer support preferred
– Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
– Ability to type efficiently while speaking with customers
– Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
– Multilingual capabilities are advantageous for this role
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.60 – $20.66 per hour
