Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with troubleshooting vehicle-related concerns and coordinating service appointments.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Document customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Work closely with Toyota dealers and service centers to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required); bachelor’s degree (preferred).
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
